Call for Applications: Student Exchange Programme at UPV, Spain (Spring 2026)

The DRIL office would like to inform you that the application period is now open for the student exchange programme at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), Spain, for the Spring Semester 2026 (January–June).

Please pay close attention to the nomination and selection procedures outlined below. It is essential that you read and follow all instructions carefully:

1. Application Deadline: All required documents (CLICK HERE) must be submitted in hard copy to the undersigned no later than September 18, by 10:00 AM.
2. Document Compilation: Please compile all materials in the exact order specified in Appendix 1.
3. Important Note: Any missing documents—whether omitted unintentionally or deliberately—or submissions containing unclear or illegible materials will be evaluated as 'zero' against the relevant selection criteria.
4. Selection Process: A selection committee will assess all complete applications and will publish the list of successful candidates.
5. Inclusive Opportunity: The UPV project office has reserved nomination spots for students from underrepresented backgrounds, including those from 'Gyelpoi Tozay' and other disadvantaged groups with fewer opportunities.
6. Additional Requirement: Along with your application, please include a forwarding letter addressed to the President, CST, which your programme leader has recommended.
7. Selected students will receive a letter via email from the UPV Project Coordinator, which will include instructions on how to process their applications online.
8. It is essential for selected students to choose their courses at UPV in close consultation with the UPV Project Coordinator and Heads of Departments/Program Leaders
