The College of Science and Technology (CST), Rinchending, Phuentsholing, invites sealed bids from eligible Bhutanese nationals or firms registered in Bhutan, with experience in operating a food service business, for the operation and management of the CST Canteen (Wet Canteen) on the CST campus for a period of two (2) years from 1st February 2027.
The following is the tender package:-
The mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on 9th November 2026 at 9:00 AM at the CST canteen. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 13th November 2026 and will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in Integrity Hall, CST.
