Course Summary

The one-and-a-half-year Master in Construction Management equips students with advanced theoretical and practical knowledge to address the social, technological, financial, and environmental challenges of the modern construction industry. The programme covers key concepts and methodologies of construction project management, drawing on international standards such as the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK), to prepare graduates to manage time, resources, quality, and regulatory constraints effectively.

Designed for both regular and in-service candidates, the programme offers flexible exit points with a Postgraduate Certificate (PgCert) and Postgraduate Diploma (PgDip) awarded after the first and second semesters, respectively. Graduates will be prepared to launch or advance careers in construction management, project planning, and related fields in engineering, architecture, real estate, and the construction sector, with the skills to manage complex projects and contribute to sustainable development.
