All SS2026 admissions to the College of Science and Technology are notified to report to the College on February 25th, 2026, for the registration program, provided they do not have any reassessments. Students with Reassessments (RA) and Semester End Examinations of AS2025 due to medical cases will have temporary hostel facilities starting February 14th, 2026. The tentative schedule, registration details, and fee structures are provided in the tables below. The following individuals will oversee the registration process.

***All students will continue contributing Nu. 50 per semester to the student welfare scheme, as endorsed during the SS2024 Hostel Management Meeting and it will be collected by the CR’s and handover to SSO’s once the classes resume.
Recommendation: The College strongly advises students to maintain their own bank accounts (preferably with BoB) to facilitate stipend transactions when needed.
