For AS2026 all the students are notified to report to the College on July 23rd-24th, 2026, for the registration program, provided they do not have any reassessments. Students with Reassessments (RA) and Semester End Examinations of SS2026 due to medical cases will have hostel facilities starting July 12th, 2026. ***All students will continue contributing Nu. 50 per semester to the student welfare scheme, as endorsed during the SS2024 Hostel Management Meeting and it will be collected by the CR’s and handover to SSO’s once the classes resume.
Important Notice:

The hostels are well equipped with the Mattress and Window curtains, therefore not required to bring.

All students are required to maintain a neat and tidy appearance, including having a proper haircut, no hair coloring, and no earrings, especially for male students.

From the Autumn Semester 2026, students will be required to book their rooms through Hostel booking system which will be administered through our college website. The booking system will be available by First week of July 2026.
Recommendation: The College strongly advises students to maintain their own bank accounts (preferably with BoB) to facilitate stipend transactions when needed.
