The Conference is being organised with the aim to bring together academicians, researchers, engineers and students from different parts of the world to share their research ideas and findings which would further help in promoting a research culture at the Royal University of Bhutan. Experts from USA, Netherlands, Spain, Japan, Thailand, India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan will present papers and engage in discussions on themes such as sustainable development, solar thermal energy, green marketing, biomass electrification​, biogas​, ​societal ​benefits of efficiency​, energy​ e​fficient ​c​onstruction and ​d​esign​, case ​s​tudy on ​high p​erformance ​b​uilding in Bhutan​ among a host of others.
